Liz is a Founding Partner at 5654 & Company.

Liz has extensive experience advising at Board level across financial communications, transactions, crises and critical issues advisory work across all sectors. She has worked both in-house and for consultancies.

During a 25 year career she has advised numerous clients including Akzo Nobel, Aviva, Barratt Developments GSK, Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, SEGRO and UKFI following the banking crisis in 2008. She has advised on a range of corporate transactions such as the merger of George Wimpey and Taylor Woodrow, McCormick & Co’s acquisition of Reckitt Benckiser food business, the acquisition of ICI’s starch business by Henkel and the bid defence of Balfour Beatty. She is particularly focused on ESG being embedded together with business strategy to deliver value for all stakeholders.
