Maike Erb

Maike is an Account Manager at 5654 & Company.

Maike has experience in public affairs, corporate communications and issue management. Prior to joining 5654 & Company, Maike worked on a range of policy issues relating to devolution and levelling up for a charity and in close cooperation with a cross-party coalition of British Members of Parliament.

Maike has previous work experience in working for a global communications and public affairs agency across sectors including tech, FMCG and international affairs. She has also worked for a lobbying consultancy in Berlin and previously supported the reputational risk management team at one of the largest German banks. Maike is fluent in German and English and is a Committee Member of the Young Fabians’ Economy and Finance policy network.
