Vanessa is a Senior Adviser at 5654.

Vanessa brings nearly 20-years’ experience working for the Labour Party in both Government and Opposition under the leadership of Keir Starmer, Tony Blair, Gordon Brown, Ed Miliband and Jeremy Corbyn.

Vanessa has built trusted relationships with business leaders and philanthropists, as well as with the media, the arts, charities and academia. She led Labour’s Business Relations function for several years, brokering significant partnerships, donations and endorsements. During the 2024 General Election she ran the Leader’s Tour Press Bus.

She helps 5654’s clients understand and engage with the Government, and brings significant expertise from the frontline of British politics to inform corporate campaigns and media relations.
